By the end of these workshops, you will have a minimum price point for your core package, calculated from your real costs, capacity, and income target, plus a starting point for values-based pricing to take you beyond that floor.
Who is this Pod best for?
Service-based consultants and founders who have at least one defined package and want to know what you need to charge so you can actually pay yourself and make money. You’ll get the most from this pod if you’ve already done the work of defining your offer - who it’s for and what it delivers. This pod is not suited to physical product sellers.
What to expect from Session 2
1\. Share your market research findings and get feedback from Narelle and the group
2\. Explore values-based pricing: what is the real transformation your package delivers, and how does that inform what you charge?
3\. Leave with a pricing range that sits above your minimum and reflects the true value of your work
Between Sessions
Each attendee will leave session one with 1-2 small action items to test out their new learnings and bring along results to session two.
Virtual coworking sessions are offered to all participants who would like to complete their assigned task/s with group support, taking place on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month (AM & PM sessions available). This is an optional add-on and invites for Virtual Coworking will be sent with the Expert Pod invites when your registration is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
As Session 1 is essential for context in Session 2, waitlisted guests will not be able to come in halfway through. If you are unable to attend workshop 2, but attended workshop 1, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
