Join Elaine Hendrick, Principal Consultant at Elaine Hendrick Consulting Pty Ltd for this 2-part, small-group pod designed to help you go from idea to action.

By the end of these workshops you will have an Impact Journey Map — a table connecting the identified Global Goal, the outcomes you create, and the day-to-day activities that produce them, ready to refine over time.

Who is this Pod best for?

Best suited to members with an established business and a clear offer or service — outcomes and activities are hard to map without one. If you haven’t defined your offer yet, the Product Design pod (The Packaging Blueprint) is the better starting point before this one.

Note: Expert Pods happen on the first and third Thursdays of the month, at the same time for both sessions.

What to expect from Session 2

1\. Trace how your core business activities contribute to your desired community outcomes.

2\. See how your Global Goal, community outcomes and core business activities connect as one coherent picture.

3\. Leave with a clear Impact Journey Map that you can continue to refine after the session.

Between sessions

Each attendee will leave session one with 1-2 small action items to test out their new learnings and bring along results to session two.

Virtual coworking sessions are offered to all participants who would like to complete their assigned task/s with group support, taking place on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month (AM & PM sessions available). This is an optional add-on and invites for Virtual Coworking will be sent with the Expert Pod invites when your registration is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

As Session 1 is essential for context in Session 2, waitlisted guests will not be able to come in halfway through. If you are unable to attend workshop 2, but attended workshop 1, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
