By the end of these workshops you will have a written non-negotiables list - one structural, one relational - with at least one already tested under real pressure
Who is this Pod best for?
Founders who already have systems running (even if reactive) and real client-facing offers out in the world, but haven't yet built the structures or relationships that keep the work sustainable.
What to expect from Session 2
Reviewed what held and what didn't from the tested changes
Built a written Non-Negotiables List - one structural, one relational
Ran a Pressure Test on both to check they hold under real conditions, not just in theory
Between Sessions
Each attendee will leave session one with 1-2 small action items to test out their new learnings and bring along results to session two.
Virtual coworking sessions are offered to all participants who would like to complete their assigned task/s with group support, taking place on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month (AM & PM sessions available). This is an optional add-on and invites for Virtual Coworking will be sent with the Expert Pod invites when your registration is confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
As Session 1 is essential for context in Session 2, waitlisted guests will not be able to come in halfway through. If you are unable to attend workshop 2, but attended workshop 1, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
