FAQs / Once you're a member

How does The IC know what programming is right for me?

During onboarding you complete a short diagnostic — about three minutes. It asks you to rate yourself across five areas: Product Design, Visibility, Impact, Systems and Wellbeing. Your answers tell us where you are strong, where you are building, and what kind of support will make the biggest difference right now.

Based on your results we route you to the right programming — Foundation Pods where building a strong base will make the most difference, and Expert Pods where you are ready to go deeper. The diagnostic is reshared every six months so your programming evolves as you do.
